If you’d like to avoid paying for shipping, local pick up is available in the town of Lindsay, ON. When checking out, please select Local Pick Up. Once your order is packed, you will receive an email to arrange a date and time for pick up. Please ensure you leave us your email so you get your order in a timely fashion.


jack & jean currently ships only within Canada. All jack & jean orders will be shipped through Canada Post within 1-5 business days of us receiving your order. If you have any other shipping questions or requests, please do not hesitate to email us at info@jackandjean.co


jack & jean is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during shipping. Each order is carefully packed to ensure it gets to you all in one piece. If there are any issues with items you have received (i.e. broken or damaged) please contact us at info@jackandjean.co with photos of the damaged items.


jack & jean does not currently accept any returns, refunds or exchanges on items. Please be aware that pieces are pre-loved and sold as is. That being said, we will do our best to describe each item and point out if there are any flaws. All sales are final. However, if you would like to add an item to an order that has not been fulfilled yet, please send us a message and we will gladly add items for you.
